Last updated 2026-10-28. ChatTidy is a browser extension published by CQTecnologia ("we", "us"). By installing or using it you agree to these terms.

What you get

Every feature is free during the launch period. The extension runs in your browser and works on your own accounts at chatgpt.com, claude.ai and gemini.google.com. What is included is listed in the launch section of this site and in the store listing.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ChatTidy on the browsers you use yourself. You may not resell it or copy the extension except as the law allows.

Launch period and a planned paid tier

During the launch period every feature is free, no payment is taken, and no license key is needed. A paid tier is planned. We will announce changes before they take effect, and the terms for any paid tier will be published before anyone is charged.

Deleting is permanent

ChatTidy can delete chats in bulk. The sites do not offer an undo. Check the confirmation before you proceed and use the export feature first if you may want a copy. We are not responsible for chats you choose to delete.

Third-party sites

ChatTidy depends on ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, which we do not control and which can change without notice. When a change breaks a feature we will work on a fix. We cannot promise a fix date or that every feature will keep working. Use ChatTidy only on your own account and in line with the terms of those sites; automating actions there may be restricted by them, and you use ChatTidy at your own risk.

If a supported site makes ChatTidy unusable, write to us.

No affiliation

ChatTidy is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.

Warranty and liability

ChatTidy is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for ChatTidy in the 12 months before the claim.

Privacy

See the privacy policy. ChatTidy runs a no-server, no-tracking design.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here and in the store listing before they apply.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Contact: contact@cqtecnologia.com.
